We are accepting applications for the 2020-2021 school year!
 
Process

A completed application must be submitted along with a $30 application fee.  After processing, families will be notified upon which a non-refundable deposit amounting to one month’s tuition and the books/supplies fee is due.  The deposit will be applied to the last month’s tuition. Enrollment is assumed to be for the entire school year, rather than on a month-by-month basis.

 

Early Childhood Program

The early childhood program runs from September through end June.

Additional Information

Early Payment Discount: Families who pay the entire year in advance, will receive a 5% discount on the total amount.

Sibling Discount: Families with more than one child in HOLA will receive a 10% discount off tuition for the second child.

Billing tuition is due on the 1st of every month.  Payment is considered late if received after the 7th of the month and results in a $40 late fee being applied to the account.

Extra fees may be levied to cover field trips, extra-curricular activities, etc.  These will be notified in advance to parents.  Children in the Spanish Playdate program are exempt of these fees.

Group Tours and parent information sessions are held monthly with our Executive Director for parents considering applying to HOLA NYC. Tours are booked on a first come, first served basis, please contact us to receive more information about upcoming information sessions and tours (admissions@holanyc.org).
